Local (Across town) - Our local service is available within most NZ Cities.

National (NZ Wide) - Our national service is available to and from most NZ Destinations.

Currently only available through our S/L Small/Light service, Quick Quote Codes offer a unique way to allow potential bidders to obtain a quote to ship your specific auctions items, to their door from yours. Potential bidders only need to enter their suburb & city, and they will receive an instant quote. (In most cases)

Business Accounts – Courier Connect offers an online business solution for most transport needs. This includes a full range of Products and services not available to non business clients. Courier Connect can also provide more tailored services with Mail Box collections, automatic collections and more.

How long does a delivery take?
S/L - Small/Light Items Service
This is normally our faster service, offering a target time of
Local: If collection is made in the morning, afternoon delivery should be achieved in most areas. If collection is in the afternoon, then delivery should be achieved by the following business morning in most areas.
Within Island: 1-2 days (Excl Weekends)
Between Islands: 2-3 days (Excl Weekends) An overnight between islands service is available on business accounts.
Rural areas may require an additional day for delivery.
L/H – Large/Heavy Items Service
Although many collections are made on the same day that we receive payment, because our supplier is often busy, we ask that you allow 1 - 5 weekdays (Excl Public holidays) for collection from the date we receive payment. PLEASE NOTE: Business addresses do receive faster collections in most cases.
Deliveries have a target time of :
Within Island: 1-3 days (Excl Weekends)
Between Islands: 2-4 days (Excl Weekends)
Rural areas may require an additional day for delivery
A restricted service may apply to some smaller towns and rural areas as our supplier may only service the area on certain days.
V/T – Vehicle Transport Service & F/W - Furniture & Whiteware Service.
Time for delivery on vehicles vary dependant on distance of travel, restricted town service, and some other factors.
Our supplier will contact the sender of the vehicle quickly (Within 1 – 3 days maximum) to make the arrangements directly. Delivery takes an average of 1- 5 days within Island, and 3 – 6 days between islands from the date of collection.
A restricted service may apply to some smaller towns and rural areas as our supplier may only service the area on certain days.
