Usage of your information

Courier Connect will not sell, rent or otherwise pass your information onto third parties, except to our supplier partners when necessary for the completion of a delivery.

Courier Connect will release personal and other information gathered only when we believe it is appropriate in order to comply with the law, to facilitate court proceedings, to enforce or apply our terms and conditions, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Courier Connect Limited, our users and others.

It is the policy of Courier Connect to send our users emails throughout the quoting and booking processes and other email they may elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications (confirmation of payments etc). It is also our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list, upon the user's request.

By submitting a quote request to Courier Connect, you agree that Courier Connect may collect the email address used for the purpose of adding to our email list for any Newsletter or other email out we elect to send at anytime in the future. Again, It is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list, upon the user's request.

Courier Connect uses email as a means of communicating feedback from our users and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.

Courier Connect provides a facility to refer a friend (this may be by way of a competition) within the Courier Connect website. You may not use this facility for any other use, to send spam (by way of sending multiple cases of the same email address) or otherwise use this facility in any other way than is intended. That is - to let a friend know about the Courier Connect Service.

It is also noted, that you must have the permission of any friend/s you elect to refer to Courier Connect to pass on their email details. Courier Connect cannot take any responsibility for email addresses given to Courier Connect through the referral of a friend facility without permission.

Furthermore, Courier Connect accepts that by using the refer a friend facility, you have accepted our refer a friend policy and you accept that Courier Connect may continue to use the email addresses received to provide further information to your friend/s anytime in the future.

Booking of jobs (and quoting for shipment)

Courier Connect's quote and booking forms may require you to provide us with contact information. We may use your contact information from these forms to send you information about our company and promotional material from our partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

The contact information of the other party (i.e. the sender or receiver which is not you) may be used to make contact by Courier Connect or our supplier partners if and when needed to make collection or delivery arrangements. Courier Connect has a policy of not using their personal information for any other use.

If you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters, or if any other users or third parties send us information relating to your activities on our site, or during the use of Courier Connect's services (including the use of our supplier partners services), we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
